Buyer Beware!! Do not rent a camper from this place! To rent from this company, you have to leave a $300 deposit. You will get this back if you leave the camper in good shape. I personally cleaned this camper, and swept all of the dirt out leaving it in excellent shape. We receive a call last Monday stating we left red clay footprints on top of the roof. We never got on top of the roof, and it had rained. We repeatedly left messages requesting pictures that were never sent until a week later. They repeatedly screened our phone calls, and would not return the numerous calls and messages we left. After a week, using a different number, they finally answered only to hang up after recognizing our voice. We should not be charged any deposit for faint footprints on the roof that we did not leave! Also, we feel $150 to clean faint footprints on a roof that has existing mold spots on it is excessive! Because of how this situation was handled, we will never rent from this place again!

Went there it was closed . They need to have later hours for people that work till 5 . They close at 4 . And Saturday only open till noon .
Unbelievably disappointed. If I could give them zero stars I would and they would be deserving of such. We had an issue on our coach and called them a week ahead to schedule time. When I called them to confirm they asked me if they could put somebody else ahead of me that was in a situation. I obliged. I called them the next day to find out when I can bring it up and I did so the next day. After 2 1/2 days I called to find out if there was any progress, The lady I talked to said they didn't have the time to tell me every inch and or detail I simply asked her I just need them to tell me if they have started on it or not and she became defensive. These people need to grow up and understand that a part of business is communicating with customers and being forthright. They are an hour and a half away from my home and I put trust in them. Now on the Saturday, our family's Christmas party day, I am headed back to an hour and a half north then returning an hour and a half south to head to Atlanta to drop this off to the actual dealer. From the onset I detected arrogance. That alone should have deterred me from going here, but unfortunately I did. I would highly highly highly suggest you search for other people near you before you visit this place. The disrespect and ignorance I received should never be experienced like this by any other customer. Suggestion to you guys, some training in customer service to be true far better than this. You may want to become better with customers as they provide for your income. I will also post the same exact comments on the RV forums as no one in the future should ever deserve a terrible service you yielded to me.
Most business would or could be on Saturday or Sunday and Sundays are closed too . We have questions about a converter forRv but can’t get a hold of hem cause it’s a hour and a half drive there and can’t seem to get there on our hours we are able or theirs when they are open ... need to talk to a technical support person to see what could be the problem with the converter . Lights keep going dim and have to use a car charger to charge the battery . But can’t seem to find a business open to help with the answer or problem .
Never have I left there disappointed. Best place to go.
