When we go there for parts the staff is always helpful, friendly even if your not buying a lot like some other dealers treat you if you're not buying a 20,000 bike. If they can't get it, they'll find out where you can.
Was looking for a helmet. Owner was helpful. Not much variety. But he did offer to order one. Unfortunately, I needed it then.
