I live almost a 1,000 miles away in Upstate NY and this whole process was done either by phone or E-Mail. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome to the South by the manager Connie. She assisted me in gaining information about the area as well as providing me with a safe and clean storage room. I would recommend this facility to anyone moving in or around this area. Five stars is an easy review.
All I did was buy packing paper from them. The lady at the desk was very professional and helpful on the phone and in person.
