Knew what I needed, found it fast and waited a few minutes to check out. No one asked if they could help me, like they usually do, but I don't hold that again st them. overall. A good experience.
Mangers on the outdoor lumber yard end think they are too good to work a register. So therefore, it took me 5 minutes to find what I needed and more than 20 to check out. It wasn't the cashier's fault. She was doing all she could to. But the two managers near by had too much to gossip about, instead of helping customers.
They do not know What's going in there own store they do not know nothing will never go back
We purchased a new stove a few months ago n after being delivered I didn't like it. So we ordered a different one today with no problems. Steve, the manager was very accomadative and will have his delivery team pick it up when delivering the one ordered today. Thanks Steve!
