Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The salesmen have always been very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The paint department is the best in the area.
Don't like giving 2 stars but the three of the four guys I have interacted with were just rude. John, the owner is a great guy but the others act like they don't want to wait on customers. Dianne is the best when it comes to all things paint related.

They can help figure out the best option, especially if you have a nonstandard thing you need a solution for. And if you haven't been to the Guntersville store in a while, check out the paint department -- big upgrades there, the store is looking good.
