Not very good service. Food was cold . I had a steak it was cold,baked potatoe it hard and cold. Will not go there again.
Food was great. Service was good, slow at time but very friendly.
We surprised the staff with a birthday party of 20 people on a Friday evening at 7pm during their usual dinner rush. Obviously we had to wait a little longer than the usual parties of two or three people to be seated, but that is to be expected with a group as large as ours. The wait staff were very efficient, and accurate. Everyone in our group received exactly what they ordered with zero mixups in their order. I was impressed with our wait staffs ability to magically appear with refills, and to check if everything was alright, they took great care not to disappear for long periods of time, and they didn't constantly hover over us constantly. Way to go Applebee's.
Just got up and left. Ridiculous.
Place was ridiculous. Not busy plenty staff goofing off. Management could care less customers were not satisfied. Ordered steak with salad.20 minutes later get salad.didnt even have time to get fork untapped and steak arrives. Touch pick plastic stuck in steak plastic side in steak
Food and service were great for lunch. Those silly games on the tabletop computers are a rip. You play and don't realize you are getting charged on your ticket.
