I eat at Cracker Barrel pretty often and normally enjoy it, but tonight the manager at the checkout was very rude and unprofessional. He was mouthing off and besides getting me upset, he set a very bad example for his employees. My daughter and son-in-law couldn't believe how he acted.
Hostess, services, and food was awesome. We went during the Sunday lunch rush. We had a party of 12. We were in and out in a very reasonable time.
Our family went for Thanksgiving and they were basically out of everything that came with the Thanksgiving meal. How do you run out of stuff that goes with your featured meal?? The drinks were terrible..the waitress messed up our food -- which is fine, it was a holiday so it's almost expected. The ham I ordered was TERRIBLE. My husband's meatloaf, like half the portion size they're supposed to give (we've had that meal many times to know how much you are supposed to receive)
This just wasn't a good experience. Maybe it has something to do with the rush and holiday but I def won't be back..
Food was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly. Always decorated beautifully. ...better than most Cracker Barrel s. Management is so nice and makes an effort to visit the tables.....just can't say enough good things about this restaurant !
That was a great steak. Our server was the most polite person. I really enjoy3d my time tonight.
