Everything here is over priced. If you want a reptile or ferret or even rats you can find them on Alabama exotics on Facebook from people who take care of their pets and are reasonably priced. The reptiles aren't held often which makes them aggressive, and the ferrets are over- held which makes them sick.
Everything you need in a pet store, including a vet
I like this store and shop there when we are in town. Everyone in the store is really nice and really helpful.
HOWEVER, I took my beautiful dog to be groomed at the Guntersville store. I should have trusted my gut when I dropped her off. The "groomer" was on a personal phone call & only asked for my name, phone #, and my dog's name. She never asked if her shots were up to date, was she on heart worm preventative, etc. I asked that she be "groomed" -- instead she was chopped up and was almost shaved. Her coat is uneven, ragged and awful looking. I came to pick her up while before she was finished with her and I said "OH no! She's so short," to which the lady replied, "I could have done her any way you wanted. You should have told me." Well, you didn't ask. Lesson learned. NEVER get your dog groomed at this store...unless you want a simple shaving for you dog, and you really don't care how she looks when you pick her up.
Small per supply store.
the kids didn't know much about the tarantula I bought at all... lol it was cool for me though just because i enjoy that sort of thing... all in all good prices and the people were friendly..
