Michelle and Mike made us feel welcome and go above and beyond. Like I couldn’t finish my breakfast because I ate the fruits, then yummy yogurt parfait and coffee, o couldn’t finish luckily Michelle has to-go containers for me. Gosh she was so understanding that I was busy driving back and forth to Huntsville she was so kind to offered to put my finished laundry it in the dryer for me. We stayed in the Figs room, extremely clean oh yeah I’m kind of ocd. The kitchen was right outside our bedroom so I was able to make a fresh cup of coffee each morning to wake up hubby. The fridge was loaded with sodas and water. THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR! While eating breakfast we get to watch the snow fall. The place is so well decorated it feels like you’re at home, I didn’t want to leave. I hope to come back soon.

Had a wonderful time! Room and building was very interesting and historic. Breakfast was incredible both days. Very interesting small town perfect for a short getaway!
Great place! Friendly innkeeper. Amazing breakfast. By far the best food I've ever eaten at a b&b. Beautiful old architecture, including creaky floors, as expected of a home 100 years old. Kept the beauty of the old while giving plenty of new amenities.
Lake Guntersville B&B was a very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful stay! My room, Lucinda, was very clean and well appointed. A common kitchen had a refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks. A Kerig was ready with assorted coffees and tea. Since I brought a picnic dinner for myself, I warmed my meal in the microwave and dined on the lovely 2nd floor porch and enjoyed the breeze and my book! The following morning I enjoyed Michelle's freshly prepared breakfast of cheese grits, french toast and coffee. Five Stars!
